As we start packing for New Orleans for the New Years, we can’t help but think of the exciting trip to Ecuador that awaits us in February!
This is our first trip together to South America + my (Emily) first time there. We’re flying into Quito and then spending a few days in Banos. It already looks absolutely beautiful and with sub-zero temps, nothing sounds better than a warm, sun-filled vacation.
